”I appreciated the full attention of the receptionist when checking in. Another staff member arrived and politely and patiently waited until the receptionist had finished checking me in, before she spoke to the receptionist I commended both staff on that. It’s a little thing but it was enough to make me feel valued as a guest. ”

”I stayed for two nights in a superior room before moving to my long-term apartment. Fast check-in process. The hotel seemed new or recently renovated, and the rooms were super clean. The rooms weren't big, but had all you need - the kind of place that's perfect for a quick stay. Internet worked fine (I spent quite a bit of time working from the room).
Noise cancelation towards the street was somewhere between good and great - could hear the emergency vehicles but not much else. But the noise...
