”The rooms and the lobby were fine, but the hallways were very rundown, the doors were old and hard to open, and the room itself could have been cleaner. Outside of the hotel was really rough too - I almost didn't want to stay. The parking lot looked deserted. Also...no secure wifi????”

”The room was lovely. The hotel is beautiful. We had a room in the actual building not in one of the outbuilding/cabins unfortunately because we were there just at the opening of season. The restaurant and bar were not up yet. Travel to other restaurants is good 10 to 15 minutes or longer. The pool was not open yet of course but during season, I’m sure it’s lovely and the staff was kind and very attentive.”

”Wow. What a beautiful serene getaway in the Catskills. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and relaxing trip. We came for my husband’s birthday. He received a men’s facial and I received a body clay wrap. The most relaxed and soft skin I ever felt, thank you Carol!
