”Nice hotel. Reception staff had great tips for hiking trails in the Catskills.”

”This is an older property, so if you are looking for luxury this is not for you. It is clean, has working a/c, shower, TV , microwave, coffee maker and a bed. It has a beautiful pool area, although we did not use it. We just need a clean, safe place to sleep and shower. We stayed her last year as well, for Follow the Arrow Festival. Ther is a great restaurant next door.”

”We had an excellent stay at this Holiday Inn! We arrived very late, around 1:00 a.m., after a long day of traveling. I had called earlier to let the hotel know, and they were incredibly accommodating. They assured us it wouldn’t be a problem. L When we got there, the front desk associate was already expecting us and had everything ready, making the check-in process quick and effortless. He also arranged a late check-out for us since our family, especially the kids, was exhausted from the trip....

”Even though it was a short stay, we had a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and check-in was an absolute breeze—which we deeply appreciated given our late arrival. The next morning, the fitness studio was perfect for a quick workout, and breakfast absolutely hit the spot afterward. Super comfortable and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend!”

”Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The property has a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere and is a great place to unwind. However, there were a few issues that made our experience less enjoyable. We booked two rooms and submitted a request several days before our arrival through the booking platform, asking if the rooms could be located close to each other. After receiving no response from the hotel, I contacted the booking platform’s customer service and was assured that the request had been arranged....

”The staff was either incompetent or rude. No one to help with bags. After asking to have the room cleaned and being told it would be cleaned in a few minutes; it still had not been cleaned 2and a half hours later. No full length mirrors anywhere. The safe was unreachable if you were short. Some of my friends rooms did not have hot water. My friend had a mani/pedi appointment. They took her 40 minutes late. She could only have one service. Wish I had saved the money and stayed at the Marriott.”

Was given the wrong door code, messaged them through Expedia app and on the number given on the reservation info they emailed to me, no response. After half an hour found a phone number for their office. Called and was given the correct code finally. There’s no note on the reservation info about how the door locks when you leave, it doesn’t automatically lock. No cable so you have to sign in to WiFi to use streaming services, tv...
