”Facility and rooms are very clean, guest rooms are quiet as well. parking is easy and check in a breeze. Used the pool and hot tub this time and that was pleasant also, rusty railings around hot tub that should be addressed. Had dinner at the Tuscan and we thought the prices were reasonable food was ok and plentiful. breakfast buffet at the Seneca was pretty much a standard selection you would find at a free hotel breakfast, not impressed, will order off menu next time. ”

When my wife & I were about to get in bed for the night we saw that the sheets contained someones grittiness . Who in the hell wants to crawl into that ? My wife was disgusted . It's MY WIFE ! ”Worst hotel experience. My deluxe 2 bed hotel room got downgraded to a single bed room two days prior to my arrival without any email, text, or notification telling me this. Apparently Expedia changed the room and since they're a "third party" the hotel couldn't do anything or give me any money back.
