”The staff was very kind Eduardo was exceptional. He anticipated every need. The first night he gave us a map of the area and showed us how to get around the city. He made sure we knew the best restaurants, when and where the festivals were being held. He was always at the door if we arrived home late, to ensure our safety He is phenomenal and is definitely a top-tier employee ”

”This was my first visit to Panama, along with my husband. The front desk staff were excellent and so helpful. I can't speak enough about how great they were. I almost hated to leave. Overall, the hotel was very clean but like others said, the AC was a bit noisy, but it didn't prevent us from sleeping soundly. The shower door didn't close all the day which led some of the water to spill out onto the floor. Having no elevator caused us to struggle walking up to the top floor carrying groceries,...

”Comfortable bed and living room area. Kitchen could use more utensils etc but it worked. Bonus to have a washer and dryer. We had some problems with the on-demand hot water but were able to overcome that. (The manager is aware.) Good internet! Rooftop pool with a nice view. Convenient location. Easy walking distance to a large grocery store and several restaurants. Uber rides easy to find. We would stay there again. Overall a good stay. ”
