âMedieval monastery converted to a beautiful hotel with loads of character and charm. Lovely grounds surrounding the hotel were ideal for afternoon picnics or reading under the shade of the massive pine trees. Great restaurant in-house with locally sourced menu. Every detail was perfect and the staff were brilliant. The surrounding Gorges du Tarn and Gorge de la Jonte were absolutely astounding. Great base for exploring the Cevennes.

âThis is an excellent hotel, comfortably worth a higher classification than its official three stars. Our room was of a very generous size, effectively a suite, the bed was extremely comfortable, the furniture of high quality and the bathroom smart as well as highly functional. Parking, at 5 euros per night, was located conveniently at the hotel's annex just across the road. Breakfast selection was generous and the food very fresh. We dined in the hotel on both of the evenings that we were there....
âPrincipally ok hotel in near center of town. Easy access by private car. Had dinner with my friends at hotel restaurant and food was good. I recommend the house burger but not the pizza. House wine was also good. Reasonable price-quality ratio. 2 stars and 3 stars hotels are like this. So considering that hotel is 2 stars the restaurant was in fact very good.â
