2 real bedrooms, bathroom and separate WC, new household appliances (induction hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave, washing machine and dryer, sat TV with Netflix and Plex ...)

You are personally guided and greeted on your arrival.

Beautiful duplex apartment located on the 1st floor (access by stairs).

Upstairs, two real bedrooms with doors (no alcoves) with 2 single beds in one and a double bed in the other. New bedding (latex mattresses, slatted bases, duvets and pillows). Storage cupboards in each bedroom. Games and children's books available. A TV with Chromecast in the bedroom with 2 single beds (no reception of TV channels, only broadcast via mobile or monitor for game console through the Chromecast). Both bedrooms have windows (normal window with shutters for children bedroom and roof window for parents bedroom).

On the ground floor:
- Entrance with cupboards and large coat rack. Space to put your shoes on and necessary for cleaning. Wood stairs to access the bedrooms.
- Bathroom with shower, vanity unit, mirror with demister and integrated bluetooth speaker, washing machine / dryer (no need to wait in the laundromat ...) hair dryer and towel radiator.
- separate WC
- Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge-freezer, traditional oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor and dishwasher. Plates, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, toaster, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, multi-function robot, sandwich maker, raclette ...
- Sitting area with 3-seat bench, flat screen TV with satellite channels, Netflix and Plex, USB charging sockets.
- Covered terrace of 8 m2 with beautiful view on the mountains, village and steam ("Le Gave de Cambasque"). Fully equipped with a table and 4 chairs (ideal for eating out) as well as a deckchair for napping.

The apartment is equipped with latest generation electric heaters (inertia). During winter, heaters are switched on before your arrival.

Other equipment: Iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, private parking space at the foot of the building (not on the street) and private ski locker. High speed wifi internet access included.

Sheets are not provided. If you wish, you can rent them (€ 13 / week for a full set of double bed and € 10 / week for a complete set of single bed). Please contact us if needed.

Our animal friends are unfortunately refused in this accommodation, it is also an NON SMOKING area.

On arrival, the apartment will be clean, disinfected and checked.
The cleaning must be carried out by each tenant and will be checked by the concierge service at the end of stay. A deposit of 80 € for cleaning is required at arrival and returned to you on your departure if everything is correct.
