- on the first floor, a fully furnished and equipped kitchen area (hob, hood, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave oven, oven, washing machine...), a dining area, a lounge area with 2-seater sofa, a bedroom with a double bed 140, a bathroom and separate toilet.

- upstairs on the mezzanine, 1 bedroom for two single beds, 1 bedroom with double bed 140 (closed by curtain)

All opening onto a terrace of about 14 m2 equipped with an electric blind, garden furniture with a view of the hill.

Possibility to park (limit to 10-15 minutes) 10 m from the mazet to unload groceries and luggage
