”Fantastic hotel. Perfect location in Banff. A few minutes walk from everything you need but away from the noise of the shops and restaurants. Rooms were really well equipped, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Spa facilities were perfect at the end of a day’s skiing. Hot baths, sauna, steam room, pool and cold plunge pool. Great coffee shop too. If I’m ever fortunate enough to stay in Banff again, will definitely stay at The Kendrick.”

”The room was large & comfortable. The mountain view from the balcony was gorgeous. The hot pools on the roof were amazing & the perfect way to relax after hiking & skiing. Suddenly Sally had great food & cocktails with excellent deals at happy hour. ”

”Parking was difficult unless you pay for underground parking - which should be included with the nightly rate, in my opinion. We had a room right next to the lobby, so it was loud from other guests. No breakfast option.”

”We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was amazing and so kind. We couldn’t believe how accommodating Suzette at the front desk was & Keith in the breakfast room was amazing too! Our only complaint was that the floor was wet in our room along the edges of the room, which they thought was from the heavy snow melting. They offered to use fans to dry it up, but we decided to put towels down instead. The room was large and the deck was huge with a hot tub! Definitely a great room! The...
