The property is situated right across the Atlantic Ocean, Cavendish beach! The cottage is very clean, spacious and all the amenities were there. We enjoyed our time there. Thanks

Sundance is centrally located to the National Parks and Cavendish boardwalk. It's a very friendly, family oriented park - just a wonderful place

Overall good stay.
Overall our stay was pleasant. The pool is very nice, there is a great playground and the communal fire pit is a great place to meet other guests. The cabins could use some updating and a little TLC. The staff are friendly and eager to help.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay. With new ownership this year, Sundance has seen some updates and improvements already by way of some new sofa-beds, chairs and flooring. More improvements are to follow in the next few years.

Cozy, comfortable and amazing hospitality
Not quite 5-star accommodations as expected. But most certainly comfy and clean, and quite right for us 6 friends. First time in PEI for most of us and had a great stay here at Sundance. The best thing about the place though is the staff. They’re incredibly accommodating, friendly and always ready to help. They even helped put my friends’ laundry in the dryer when the wash cycle was completed. Highly recommended.

Liked the location. It wasn’t all together clean. Dead flies in the window, Cheerios on bedroom floor. Says it sleeps five but the pullout was a bed of wires. Furniture upgrades needed

Spacious 2 bedroom cottage, ideal for families. Close to Cavendish. Visited at the end of season so a lot of restaurants closed. Plenty of supermarkets nearby so able to self cater . Kitchen area a bit out dated but everything was there to cook meals. Laundry room available.

The cottage was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with all we needed to cook our meals. The pool is new and was nicely heated during our stay. They also have loaner bikes and helmets, and lots of DVD movies. The location was convenient to attractions and shopping, and I really liked that we had a view of the Gulf of St Lawrence. Unfortunately the wifi hardly worked and it was very slow when it did. Maybe it was just our cottage. Anyway, taking a break from the internet is not a bad thing! The cable tv had a good variety of channels. We enjoyed our stay.

We booked the cottage as two adults, as my parents were supposed to take the little one for the night. The office staff (I'm guessing owners), charged us 10 dollars extra for the child. Unwilling to negotiate or give us a pass left a bad taste...

This is our 3rd or 4th time to stay here. The site is close to the beach, cottages are clean and well separated. Grounds are great. People friendly

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments. As we age, we are making improvements. Several refrigerators and sofa-beds have been replaced this year, with more still to come. Next spring we are replacing our pool. We hope you return again to see these changes.

Great cottages near the beach and Green Gables
The whole experience was as advertised and no muss, no fuss. Everything was in order when we arrived. The site is very pleasant and relaxing. The cabin was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with wireless, books, games, TV, DVD, etc. The deck had a propane grill. Each cabin had a separate parking spot right next to it.

Good but not great
It was an ok place. Biggest pronlem was having wait 10-15 minutes to check in. No one was in the office but there was a note that gave a phone number to call. Called it and no answer. Left a message but it wasn't returned in 10 minutes. Finally found a number to call for emergencies. Called it and finally got someone to come over and let us check in. Also the cottage we were in smell d musty. Opened the windows and it was better. They did have a very large assortment of movies you can borrow and large green area with grills and a kid's play area.

Beautiful location with ocean views.
Cottages in a beautiful location with ocean views. Close by to attractions like the Anne of Green Gables Museum and Green Gables National Historic Site. Owner of cottages and staff are extremely friendly. Lots of space for children and families. Highly recommended.

OLD Cottages
Old cottages with ancient furnishings and decor. No water pressure - toilet even plugged because of it. Only housekeeping for 3 night stay was to drop off towels. For $215.00+ per night I expected more.

Simple clean cabins
Clean well maintained cabins. Good location with a view of the ocean over several farm fields. Sunset was spectacular. Relaxing and quiet location, good for families.

Should have stayed a week!
We loved this place! There are lots of cottages on PEI, so we can't compare them all, but ours was as cute and inviting as it gets. It had a full kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a queen bed, the other with two doubles), a grill on the deck, a jetted tub, a very comfortable living room with flat screen TV and DVD player. It's literally within walking distance of the Green Gables House, although we didn't walk. It's right above the coast, so you see what L.M. Montgomery saw. There is a heated pool, a playground area and lots of other amenities we couldn't take advantage of.
