”Beautiful small hotel. We received a nice upgrade without asking for it. The apartments are very comfortable and has complete kitchens. They received us with a bottle of wine and some groceries. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there are some options nearby. I would only recommend staying here if you have a car. Good option to stay here and make day trips to different Tuscan towns.”

”The best thing is the location, and the accommodations were good. Having read the reviews we knew what to expect and were not surprised. The downsides were mainly the six flights of stairs and the fact that the bathroom is shared. Antonio was accommodating and offered good advice about what to see and where to eat. A couple things that could be done easily to improve the stay for guests would be to provide some closet and/or drawer space and to have a clear place in the bathroom for a guest...

The interior is perfect, the view is great and the host is very helpful and quick to respond if there is any problem. ”I returned to Florence for the 4th time with two adult daughters. We always try to stay in the historical district, second time near the Uffizzi. The apartment was immaculate, communication with Vivian was great..she always responded very quickly... only a couple of issues: for a 2 bath apartment only one 1/4 filled hand soap so we purchased another..in one bath maybe only 1/2 container of bath gel, the other bathroom had a very small container of shampoo I used as bath gel...we stayed 7 days so...

”We had wonderful stay at Localita Granaio and in the Castellini in Chianti area. The villa was amazing with its history and setting and we loved the beautiful views as we sat on the patio with our wine and cheese. ”Beautiful renovated apartment in historic building. The only negatives are the flights of stairs to navigate, 3rd sleeping area is just an open loft and per person tourist tax that wasn't communicated until we had been there 22 hours. The apartment was clean and well done overall.”

"Huippu paikka hinta-laatusuhteeltaan. Rento meininki alueella. Teltoissa kaikki tarpeellinen mutta naulakoita vähän vaatteiden kuivatukseen. Sängyssä ei ollut kunnon peittoa vaan lakana+päiväpeitto systeemi joka oli vähän outo mutta ainakin naapuri kantoi oikeita peittoja jostain, joten ne varmaan saa respasta missä palvelu oli erinomaista. Kylppäri/suihku hyvät. Ilmalämpöpumppu toimi loistavasti varsinkin kun tullessa oli rankkasadetta ja siksi tosi kostea ilma. Yöllä ulkona +17 ja sisällä kyllä viileä mutta pumppu lämmitti. Plussaa jääkaappi jota ei näkynyt kuvauksessa. Safetyboksiin ei ohjeita. Auton saa teltan viereen helposti. Bussipysäkki 300m päässä ja sieltä linja 14 pääsee joka paikkaan 20min välein. "
