”We were well received, great locate, easy to park, clean everywhere, great kitchen, easy access to beach, good to have washer and dryer. Had more than enough beach towels delivered every other day. Very happy with Grandview and would book again in a heartbeat!”

”Sundowner is the perfect location to experience all that Seven Mile has to offer. The beachfront is truly exquisite. The property is clean, spacious and well-stocked. A home away from home! The rooftop patio is the perfect place to enjoy Cayman sunsets and you can easily walk along the beach to several hotels and restaurants for a meal or drink. We appreciated the beach towels and beach furniture available to us as well. Sundowner has thought of everything! Our family had a wonderful vacation...

”Thought the third floor unit might be tough, but was not an issue at all. View is stunning. Beach was perfect for families. Pool bar was a nice option to have close by. Loved being within walking distance to so many great restaurants. Would definitely stay again!”

”Believe it. All the previous reviews hold true to this property and its owner. We were originally scheduled to visit in Sept ‘22 which also turned out to be when Hurricane Ian decided to visit. The owner, John, was communicative, honest, and flexible when it came to dealing with it. He was honest about his feelings regarding the hurricane and allowed us to find another window to take our trip. Instead, we just recently went over the week of Mother's day '23. ”Loved our stay! Enjoyed sitting outside our condo, watching the ocean—swam every day. Fully equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Good restaurants at the resort, lots of activities if you’re interested. Italian restaurant across the street was excellent, went there twice. Chloe, manager, was easily reachable if needed.”

”Homey comfortable, good location, comfortable, great beach access. Has all of the necessities. Comfortable bed. Quiet property where you can relax and still have access to as much outside activity as you want. We were looking for some place to kick back and relax and remove ourselves from the day-to-day fray and the Getaway absolutely fit the bill. Our host was responsive and made great recommendations for activities, restaurants, and groceries. We will definitely be returning.”

”We spent a week at this lovely condo and had the best time. Having a private space with a nice, warm pool just steps from the water was a dream. The condo was one of the best stocked VRBOs we've ever stayed in - plenty of soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, TP, trash bags, etc. We walked to nearby Kaibo coffee and restaurant for at least one meal most days and enjoyed some simple meals from the local Chisholm's grocery store other nights. We did grab lunch and beach time at Rum Point...

”This condo was great for our family. Everyone had their own space. The screened in porch was nice for breakfast and evenings. The beach is small and rocky but seven mile beach is a short walk or drive. There was an umbrella and a couple beach chairs as well as coolers for the beach. We had an amazing week exploring Grand Cayman.”
