”This property was very clean, appeared to be pretty new. The location was great and the neighborhood was very quiet. The unit is a double, but we never saw/ heard from anyone on other side. The property manager was very prompt when we needed help. We might have done more cooking, but the kitchen equipment was pretty limited. I’d recommend it. The beds were very comfortable. ”

”We had fun staying here. The kids had a blast in the pool everyday and they kayaked and fished. House is good size we had 2 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of room. Brian was easy to work with and answered very fast to any concerns. Would recommend this property to families that dont want to spend all day everyday at the beach to swim and have fun.”

”It was beautiful especially Boca Grande, went on a charter fish trip which was amazing. The property was also amazing nice dock and canoed the first day it was fun but then we saw a lot of gators but overall would come again! ”
