Chalet't – Cayos Zapatilla

”Great view, friendly staff. Only thing is, noise/loud music throughout the night specially on Fri. & Sat. nearby/across the property in bastimentos.”

”Loved staying here. It’s middle of the jungle! Staff is amazing! Make huge difference! I think they need to do more activities, haber more options to eat as it’s in a island and to get more options you need to go to town. and improve WiFi connection.”

”Todo muy bien. Se respira paz”

”A Magical Rainforest Escape – Highly Recommended! We absolutely loved our stay at Ataraxia eco lodge! The property is run by a very nice couple who make you feel incredibly welcome from the moment you arrive. It is beautifully located right in the rainforest, allowing you to completely immerse yourself in nature. During our stay, we loved watching monkeys playing, spotting sloths, and seeing a variety of beautiful tropical birds right from the property. The food was another major highlight. The...

”We stayed for four nights in the jungle lodge with ocean view. The lodge and view were excellent. The lodge is rustic but comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, clean bedrooms and bathroom. We got a kick out of the outdoor showers! The staff were helpful and attentive, however, the primary way of communicating is via WhatsApp and the responsiveness and clarity could use improvement. The pool, beach and zipline are all worthwhile experiences. The hotel staff will help you reserve...

”We really enjoyed our stay; I think it's one of the best hotels in Bocas del Toro. Why? It's just a 10-minute walk from the airport. It is 100% clean. Friendly and helpful staff. The air-conditioning in the room works perfectly well. Boats to go to other islands/trip are next to the hotel and some can pick/drop you up at the back of the hotel. Nice restaurant, comfort and views. Then, across the street, there is a very cheap restaurant to have breakfast or something cheaper to eat. Shops nearby...

”This property is run down. It need a major facelift.”

”My stay at the Lodge at Punta Rica was one of the most enjoyable and relaxing vacations I have ever had. Nestled on a hilltop on Bastimentos Island and overlooking the Caribbean Sea, the lodge was a peaceful haven of tranquility, beauty, and relaxation—exactly what I needed after a hectic and stressful season of life. The hotel staff met me at the airport and transported me by boat to Bastimentos Island, a short 20-minute ride from Bocas del Toro Isla Colón. Brian and Dan, the owners of the...

”Great room overlooking the water with a nice comfortable covered balcony. Right in the middle of many bars restaurants and shopping. All of the staff were super friendly!”

”I absolutely loved it here! I stayed 3 nights with my husband and the only regret we had was not upgrading to the king suite. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The restaurant and deck were amazing. The food…let’s have a moment of silence for how incredible the food was. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was really a great deal because everything on the menu was exceptional. The drinks were also phenomenal. Even if you don’t stay here go to the restaurant. There were also...

”The staff is very helpful and attentive, the hotel is beautiful, sparkling clean and the garden is lush. I need to mention that entry with a vehicle can be be difficult because the gate can be opened only from the reception and if no one is available, there is just no way to open it. And it is a longish walk from the gate to the hotel, which we had to do under pouring rain to get to our taxi outside. Other than that, the stay was amazing and even better than expected for the price. Honestly...

”Well located, clean and safe! But most important was the staff, Anna was the person who kindly attended to us and was fully available to meet our needs and willing to help with a tip or any other kind of inquiry I may have. Breakfast was freshly made by a young lady Janelle who also had a smile on her face. In summary really pleased with Tortugas B&B - great customer service - I will definitely come back again in future. Huge thanks again !”

”Great place in a little paradise with the perfect beach front location. A place to slow down, recharge and rest. One of those places you will come back again and again. Operated by the owners in a very family way, making you feel like home”

”Friendly host/staff & great location. Thank you Tammy & Allan!”
