”Returning customer having stayed here last July. It's still very new in great condition. Everything in the room worked. Simple. Functional. Clean. Bathroom shower worked well. Water heat control is good. Water pressure is the same low pressure as other more expensive motels or hotels. It's best for those with a car. Came to Ithaca last time by bus and used Uber, which can take a long time from Springwater Inn. Will be my first choice next time I visit Cornell.”

”Dinner: We ordered mushroom pasta and the cauliflower soup. I took three bites of the pasta and couldnt eat it. It was terrible. The soup was too oily. We had a guest so we didn't want to complain”

”We were very comfortable. We didn’t have our room cleaned during our 3-night stay, but they replenished our towels without even asking. The in-room coffee was not great, but they offer Starbucks for purchase in the restaurant.”

”Plenty of parking, safe area, convienant to shops, gas and restaurants.right on main highway. Easy to find. We stay there every weekend for the last 2 months, while working a job near by.”

”Room was good & clean, staff were incredibly friendly & helpful, breakfast was the typical buffet style but lots of variety. Property backs onto a restaurant parking lot with not such a great view (large industrial garbage cans & junk scattered all over property) can get quite noisy later in the evening.”

”We've been visiting this hotel for many years. It has a path in the back leading right to buttermilk falls State Park, which is huge highlight. But the hotel did change ownership in 2024, and it seems it's still finding it's stride since then. There were renovations last year, which we were excited to see. We found the resulting lounge well done but quite small. The lobby is nice but not a huge change. Seems they need to work on the rooms... our room needed a new shower fan and toilet seat...

”The reservation for an accessible room with a walk in shower was not carried out, Our room had a tub. The room was minimally equipped for a very high price of over $200 for the area. The room next door had guests paying very loud music. The were shouting and banging walls until the middle of the night. There was no intervention by staff. Police had to be called when we were checking in to quell a dangerous situation with another guest. Breakfast was poor. We learned that the Quality Inn was...

”Nice price: thirty to fifty percent less than other motels in Ithaca, NY, last night. Room was clean, warm (very warm, which was very important because outside temperature was near zero) and dry. Desk clerk was a very pleasant, attractive, well-mannered Asian woman. ”

”The pros..location to Ithaca College, good breakfast and cleanliness. The cons...the parking lot is a big pothole,the carpets and funiture are tired and need replacing, toilets have no pressure and barely flush and there are no usb ports working to charge phones.”
