”We were hosted by a welcoming farm couple to the upstairs bedroom and private bathroom in their home. Beautiful farm village just 5 minutes drive from the town of St James where we could shop. We were treated to breakfast in the morning in their front dining room overlooking their garden. Beautiful rural farm experience.”

”Ett helt fantastiskt fint pensionat med mycket trevlig värdinna. 45 minuters promenad in till centrum. Men de flesta restauranger var stängda när vi kom 20:00. Enda nackdelen är att det är gemensam toalett utan handfat. Typisk fransk frukost med nybakat bröd, sylt, Yogurt och kaffe. Fin trädgård att sitta i. ”

”This was a lovely spot for touring Mont St. Michel area. Our room was well appointed. The host greeted us and showed us how everything worked. The communal kitchen area was great to store our snacks and to prepare light meals. The morning breakfast was delicious and fresh. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

”There was plenty of parking on arrival and instructions received before arrival were very clear. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was lovely with a little balcony, kitchen, sitting area and bathroom. It was very well lit, plenty of windows and well heated. Do be aware there was no hand soap provided. It was within walking distance of Mont-Saint-Michel and local amenities. Looking forward to staying here again.”

”This was our second stay at La Boulangerie. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and really felt at home. The cottage is in a quiet location in lovely countryside with beautiful views. Various nice walks are possible from the cottage. It is truly a wonderful place to stay. Thanks to Sue, Paul and Sally for making us feel so welcome!”

"Welcome receptionist was very nice and offered water. After that we didnt met a person that spoke english and everybody who we tried to talk to, ignored when they didnt understand. We were unable to ask anything during our stay because the reception was closed and the others we met didnt understand english, not even at the beakfast. We went to the breakfast around 8:30 and all the food were gone and tables dirty. Rooms were old and dusty, definitely NOT worth the money even tho the location was nice. NOTE that there are a lot of stairs in the area and at the hotel. "
