"Staff were attentive and excellent throughout our stay. The food was okay overall, but the evening buffet was disappointing for the price — at ₱1,800 per person, it didn't offer good value. The property is starting to show its age and could benefit from some maintenance. One odd issue was that most of the electrical outlets only seemed to work when the room lights were turned on, which was quite inconvenient. The bathroom floor also became extremely slippery when wet, to the point that it felt like a safety hazard. Overall, I would rate this hotel as a solid 4-star property rather than a true 5-star hotel."

"Vilkkaan kadun varrella, iso ostoskeskus 15min kävelymatkan päässä. lentokentälle 30-60 min liikenteestä riippuen. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Huone iso ja kaikki toimi, nettiyhteys tosin hieman kiukutteli. Hotelli voisi tarvita pientä ehostusta, kuluminen näkyy huoneissa."
