”Apartment was disgusting, shower ceiling was leaking dripping water on me every time I stepped into the shower and they couldn't fix the issue despite my complaints. Shower was also clogged and wouldn't drain when I checked in. Walls are cracked and the unit is poorly maintained and dirty. Dust on all surfaces and the place is infested with cockroaches - I saw more than 20 during my short stay. Even the fridge didn't work until I got them to fix it. ”This place had 100+ problems. Overall a wore out broke down condo. It was stinky (bathroom ventilation problems) and thick grey mold growing. Bunch of junk in the wore out old kitchen. Checkin was uncertain till the last minute. I’ll never stay there again. ”

”We booked because we were stranded sue to typhoon Basyang. The internet was very poor so Errors on the booking reservation that led to a double booking were not resolved because the property manager did not want to fix it. The second room was never offered even as we have paid for it. Never use Cebu Rooms with Aisha Osano. She was not accommodating and will never offer any solutions. The units are messy, dirty and unclean. Save yourself the hassle and book with hosts with better rating...
