”Aamupala oli runsas ja hyvä laatuinen. Liikenteen melu kantautui huoneisiin varsin selkeästi. Uima-altaan vesi oli melko viileää varsinkin kun tuli totuttua Filippiinien lämpöisiin vesiin. Hissit on hyvinkääläisen Koneen tekemiä, joka paransi terveysturvallisuuden tunnetta merkittävästi. Pyynnöstä hotelli oli vaihtanut huoneeseen pehmeät tyynyt.
