”Hotel was just been renovated and it is in a as new condotion. Rooms are good and the pool area is nice. On the other hand there is a bad service. In there WWW pages they do say the the rooms are cleaned every day. We were there three nights and our room was never cleaned, despite I asked three times. Every day I asked and the answer was " I am sorry, we are going to clean it soon." The location is in the middle of industrial area and there is 30 minutes walk into the tram. I would recommend if...

”The ”& Spa” is a bit of a scam. Apparently the spa area is so small that you have to book well in advance. I booked the hotel for one night for the sole reason to be able to use the spa on arrival. We came on a beginning of December Sunday afternoon with nearly nobody at the hotel, but still got the news that we could not use the spa as it was ”fully booked for the whole evening”.”

”Hotel propre et situé dans un lieu calme. Personnel très agréable. Je recommande.”

”Huone oli hinta/laatusuhteen todella hyvä ja siisti. Henkilökunta oli asiallista ja palveluhaluista.Aamupala normaali ranskalainen. ”

”Hotelli lähellä lentokenttää teollisuusalueella. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Kompakti, moderni huone. Kivoja yksityiskohtia. Perustason aamiainen.”

”Tout était parfait. Lieux au top. Le petit déjeuner très complet...”

”Muy agradable y acogedor.”

”Annettiin aluksi vain yksi huoneenavauskortti, vaikka kaksi yöpyjää. Toinen piti hakea receptiosta. Tämä kortti ei kuitenkaan toiminut. Pitäisi antaa heti saapuessa tarvittava määrä toimivia avainkortteja.”

”Siisti ja hyväkuntoinen huone. Huoneessa on tehokas lämmitys/viilennys. Alimman kerrokseen huoneisiin ravintolan yläpuolella kuuluvat äänet jos ravintolassa on joku musiikkitapahtuma. ”

”Hyvä ja siisti hotelli. Vähän kaukana keskustasta, mutta kulkuyhteydet hyvät. ”

”Le 2nd jour, le ménage n'avait pas été fait et compliqué de faire fonctionner la TV.”

”Overnight stay to catch a 6PM flight the next morning. We dropped our bags off at noon since our room was not ready. Miguel was more than helpful regarding getting to the airport for 4:30AM. He drew a clear diagram exactly how to walk to the airport. We followed the directions the next morning in the dark but no issues getting to the airport. Stefan was in charge of the front desk overnight and we were up at 3:30AM. He prepared a coffee for us and made sure we had everything before our...

”Fantastic stay at amazing property . Lovely room with outside courtyard with bbq. Perfect pool”

”Old building with NO elevator and AC doesn’t work, only provided a fan. Had to carry two large luggages to 3rd floor in a separate building. Only stayed one night due to trip plan changing. Staff won’t help with anything. Restaurant’s dinner food was pretty good but not the breakfast (way more options around the block).”
