”I just drove up to my room and a maintenance guy was right there, about to use his key to walk in! When I finally got inside, the door was cracked open and a staff member was just sitting at the desk hanging out on the phone.
The room was just as bad—no hand soap, stained sheets, and they only swap towels every three days. I finally complained to the front desk. They offered another room, but by then, I was just over it. They didn't do anything else to make up for the headache.”

”Just a bit disappointed for the price I paid, wasn't expecting top shelf anything but there were much cheaper stays in the area compared to this one. There was a bit of an element walking around the parking lot when I got there in the evening, room was clean but some of the linen appeared to have light staining and the plumbing fixture for the shower was incredibly difficult to work. Lastly, the breakfast was good but pretty thin on options.”

”First, at checkin there was no one at checkin to give me my room key. It was a wait . I waited for a total of 3hours it was unbelievably the computer was down. So, I had to take a picture.Three pictures, front and two ,two sides. I asked why the picures and I was told this is what we have to do for checkin and their were no keys. You had to be let in by the the personal at the front decks. Their was know one to help me. Wwhen the first person showed up she tried to help but her keys did not...
