”Quick checking. Room was clean amd quite.”

”It rained in the window and the A/C unit got wet. I had to cut the unit off. The staff put towels on the window seal and over the A/C unit to keep them from getting any wetter”

”There was a group in the lobby that was VERY loud that was there from the time we checked in (about 8) until after midnight even though they had posted quiet hours starting at 11. When we finally called the front desk to complain and ask why quiet hours weren’t being observed they said they don’t enforce them until someone complains.”

”The first room that we were given had such a bad odor that we had to get another room. The carpets were so dingy that we didn’t want to be barefoot on them. The breakfast was mediocre, we didn’t even take advantage of it on the second morning. The room was not cleaned during the day, only the towels were replaced.”

”The property was clean and rooms was clean but room had mold on the ceiling and a musky moldy smell to the room carpets need to be replaced and rooms updated”

”Our suite smelled HORRIBLE. It was obvious that dogs have stayed in this room (201) and the odor was very bad. This property is only 6 months old. I purchased a Glade Plug-in but it didn’t help. The blinds were broken and would not close. We had to stuff pillows at the window to keep light out in the early morning. Maintenance was requested but never arrived. Overall cleanliness was good, just a horrendous odor. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was just so-so. As a diabetic I would like to see more...

”The place is being remodeled and "fixed" up. It didnt say this when I booked it. Hallways are full of dressers and cabinets. Everything is closed for renovations like the pool. Wasn't the best. The room its self was okay but there was no water pressure. I can spit harder than the water came out. It looked like someone pulled copper put the walls like 2 foot down from the ceiling. The bed was comfy that was the best part. Then at like 3am there started a beep. Not loud enough to keep us up but...

”There was a cockroach on the floor. There was no iron to iron the clothes. They told us we could check in early but when we got to the property they said we couldn’t. And because we had just came from a 9hr road trip it inconvenience us. I will never book again!”
