Lakefront talon näkymät Weiss Lake. Rentoudu kannella ja nauttia näkymä järvelle. Varhain aamulla, nauttia kupin kahvia laiturilla kuin sumu vierii pois vedestä. Katsella luontoa tullut asti aallonmurtajalle.

The rooms was fine we was able to see the lake. It was a very home like stay. Looking forward to next year. The owner was very helpful to solve any problem that we had.

Beautiful deck overlooking the lake and dock. Cement sidewalk from the house to the lake is a nice touch. Fire pit was wonderful and used every night. The cabin itself could use a little attention, but nothing to shy away from, especially for the price. Beds were clean and comfortable so what more could you ask for. Honestly, most of our time was spent outside or away from the cabin exploring the area. For our purpose, a guys reunion weekend, this cabin hit the mark.

Pros: View of the Lake from the master bedroom and back porch was stunning. The living room view of the lake was awesome to have especially at sunrise. We enjoyed having some family competition with the pool table. It was close to the boat launch which was a plus. Close to some great local restaurants. We enjoyed the back porch and back yard down to the water which was nice. Water pressure in bathrooms and temperature of water was good. Bedrooms were clean and nice. The Host was great, answering questions quickly. He allowed us to check in early which we greatly appreciated.Cons: Kitchen surfaces and appliances (stovetop, oven, microwave, disposal & sink,light in refrig, countertops, cabinet fronts) needed a deep clean for sure. Pest control in kitchen and living areas was needed. The steps at the front porch were difficult for us (senior citizens) and took extra care due to height, uneven steps and lack of railing. Clearly the house has had some leak problems which may be a work in progress but was very noticeable.

Perfect weekend getaway

It was such a nice getaway. It had everything we needed. The view of the lake was beautiful and the kids really enjoyed the pool table. We will be back.

We arrived to find the house not as clean as we would have liked. Alot of areas were not dusted, could not sit on the deck furniture, was nasty & porch was covered with leaves. Cookie from previous renters was still under the table, which we got up. Ants were all over the house & the shower curtain in master bath would not stay up.

Great location

The home is in a beautiful location and we enjoyed our time there. Communication with the owner was good and there was a short response time. The dock and deck of the home are wonderful and there is a boat launch close by. The reason for 4 stars overall is because the inside appears to be going through renovations. The flooring in the main living space is new but hindered opening the door to the deck. The pool table was nice and we enjoyed the open floor plan. The home could use a good deep clean. There were bugs and cobwebs in the home and the microwave and stove had puddles of grease in the bottom.

Overall Good Stay

Overall, we had a good stay at this property. The cleanliness of the property could have been better. The biggest issue we had was a stinch in the living room. Upon investigation, we found that the living room rug smelled like a wet dog. The smell was unbearable and the rug had to be removed from the room for the duration of our stay. There were also many spider webs around the house and trash/crumbs between the stove and the cabinet. Everything else around the house was clean. We also had an issue with a low battery on the fire alarm that had to be fixed to stop it from beeping during our stay. Overall, it was a good stay, but there are small improvements that are greatly needed.

A Very Relaxing Month

My husband and I just spent a month at this lake home, and it was very nice and relaxing. The house was cozy, the bed comfortable, and the lake was right THERE! This is a great setup for anyone that loves to fish. My disabled husband was able to put our small pontoon on the water and dock it under the covered boathouse for the entire month with no worries. We fished a lot and caught a variety of fish. The property owner was very easily accessible and wonderful to work with. And the neighbors were extremely friendly and eager to offer advice about fishing, the best restaurants, etc. We will definitely go back there again if given the opportunity.

Dock was lovely, inside not so much.

We had a great time using the dock and being outside of the house! The inside is not as nice as the pictures show. You can tell they are working on the inside but it was not a comfortable stay. I was disappointed that it was not as remodeled and clean as the pictures looked.
