Fully equipped kitchen, chunky trim, luxury bathroom and TWO private covered decks looking straight at the lake and mountains. Play corn hole, life size chess, board games, take a dip in the pool, play in the sand area or on the playground, make some delicious food on the grill, play volleyball, foosball, Connect4, go kayaking in the beautiful Weiss Lake, cozy up by the fire pit and make s'mores, swim in the cleanest water on Weiss Lake, watch AMAZING sunsets! SO much to do on property!

Also, so much to do off property in the area. Rent a boat or jet skis, hike, see the falls, do caving, rappelling or ziplines, all in close proximity. Close to Pirate's Bay (water park), DeSoto Falls, Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Orbitz Glassblowing, snow skiing, horseback riding, endless trails, rappelling, caving and ziplining. We are in the ABC triangle meaning we are an hour & a half from the Atlanta, Birmingham, & Chattanooga Airports. Of course we are a HUGE fishing lake so bring your boat or do a fishing excursion. Listed as two bedrooms because there are two sleeping areas but it is an open concept.

The views are incredible. Breathtaking views of the lake and lawns and you can even see how the sunset pours colors into the house at "golden hour". We also have LOTS of stars, it just gets better & better!

This is such a great property. It can be combined with Magnolia Overlook that sleeps 73 (Property ID 1933633) or the Compound that sleeps 58 (Property ID 2096520). This house is around 400-500 ft from the main house BUT if you only want to rent this home, no problem! It has it's own separate driveway.

**The lake level does go down a few feet in late fall through early spring and may affect boat launch, dock usage, watersports or lake views.
**We do allow pets; however, there are requirements that must be met. Please discuss with us before booking.
**The aforementioned resort pool is available to "Blue with a View" guests. The pool is shared with other guest on the property.
****THE POOL IS ONLY HEATED COMPLIMENTARY IN THE FALL & SPRING, BUT CAN BE HEATED DURING THE WINTER AT AN ADDITIONAL COST. Message us for more details!
** Hot tubs are year-round but will not heat all the way up during frigid temperatures. Your private one should most likely keep up with just about any weather. Neighbors will be jealous. :-)
