”Staff is exceptional. This is our 3rd stay because they have treated us so well. We were in Rome area back and forth looking at houses to buy. So glad we found this great location to make it so convenient. We will be back and refer to family and friends when they come to visit. Clean, convenient location, safe, cozy, exceptional price. Thank you guys for a great stay. We truly appreciate it.”

”The shampoo bottle was half full, package of silverware was opened, the plate behind the faucet in bathroom was off, we had 3 people in the room not enough towels had only enough for 1 person, they need to defrost the refrigerator because of real thick ice buildup, did not give us the room that I reserved but still charged me the same price, no strip on toilet to let us know if it was clean or not, toiletries were not enough for 3 people really not even enough for 1 person, stains on the pillows...

”First, the staff is VERY FRIENDLY and helpful. The hotel is old and it’s in a small town. On the good side, they do offer breakfast, which is not indicated on the Expedia site or app. If you are wondering, yes, they have a waffle iron and batter. Our room had a very musty smell, as if a homeless person with musty clothes and body odor has been staying there. The mustiness was also coming out of the A/C unit. It was a strong, moldy, mildew-like smell. I had to turn the A/C colder to try to reduce...

”The room was disgusting……the sheets had stains the tub/shower was dirty. The towels smelled moldy. The room was supposed to be non smoking, but it smelled like cigarette smoke. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the people in the next room talking…..just talking….it was that bad. I was suppose to stay two nights, but I left after one. I highly recommend not staying here if you are in the area!”

”This property is giving Motel 6 vibes. When we arrived, our room didn’t have any toiletries, so we had to call the front desk The cleanliness was disappointing. The bedroom floor clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly—I noticed a sticky, clear substance between the bed and the nightstand that should have been obvious to housekeeping. If something that noticeable was missed, it makes me question how well the floors were actually cleaned. When I pulled back the sheets, I found what looked like...
