”2nd time we have stayed at this property, the room keys were a total annoyance this trip, the slightest thing would deprogram them, we made no less than 10 trips to the front desk to have them redo our keys over two days…other than that it was great.”

”The elevators didn't work the 3 days we were at the hotel. We originally were placed in a room on the first floor but it was so dirty and smelly. It hadn't been cleaned or maybe even used for a long time before we were there. The door to the stairs slammed all night so we asked the young male manager if we could move. He had an attitude towards me and told me he helped customers every day and knew what he was doing. My husband ended up going to talk to him and then he was very happy to help move...
