Quiet living near Zion, Bryce Canyon, Shakespeare Festival, and more!

Easily accessible no-stairs new and very clean 2 bedroom casita. Full kitchen and fridge for your convenience including ice maker. Sleeps up to six with two queen beds and a pull-out couch in the living room. Stay here and enjoy visiting local Cedar City and its world-class Shakespeare festival, or visit Zion National Park or Cedar Breaks National Monument, both within a half hour's drive. Just down the hill from Brian Head ski resort! Or stay in and see the most stars you can imagine from the comfort of home in our quiet place on the edge of town. Ice rink less than a mile away to be completed sometime 2024. Owners just across the driveway if there's any needs that arise.

This property is next to a neighborhood, but it feels far removed. It was very peaceful. The casita was clean and had everything we needed. The owners were prompt to answer my questions and were easy to work with. I would recommend this property if you are visiting the Cedar Coty area.

Good time at the Casita.
House was clean and neat. Kitchen was nice but could have been stocked with more cookware. Most things were used and hand me down. Beds were nice and comfortable. Bedrooms could have used some shelves or dressers. Bathroom was great with tall toilet, nice shower and plenty of hot water. All and all we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Very secluded away from the city, which was a good thing, but GPS couldn't get us there and directions supplied by the owner were wrong. Directions said to take a left at 2 different times, and there wasn't a road to turn left on. We turned right instead both times and found it. The place was really nice except for the beds. One bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the other bed was VERY hard and VERY uncomfortable. Fix the beds and the directions, and this would have been a 5-star place to stay.

My friends and I stayed here for a few nights to go skiing in Brian Head, and the casita was perfect. Amenities were accurate, the hosts were very responsive, and the location is excellent. 10/10 recommend!

Our 4 day stay
Holly and Ben were exceptional hosts ! Their Casita was new and very well cleaned . It felt so comfortable and at home . It had plenty of room for my two toddler boys to let their wild out . I had an issue with the internet and Holly and Ben fixed the issue right away right on sight , which is always a plus to have the hosts living on the property . The check in process was super easy as we arrived later than I wanted , it was nice to just be able to get in and nothing was complicated and hard to find . It’s a nice and quiet street to be able to walk your dog down if you bring your dog and easy to just walk out to potty area . This was our first time staying down off the mountain and I will say I might do it again ! It was a really quick and easy drive to Brian Head and other sights . We loved being able to be close to the mountain and down in “warmer weather “ for the toddlers to be able to have more option of play in winter conditions and more options for food as Brian Head doesn’t have a lot of options and the night we were up there and chose to eat up there for dinner it was an hour wait , so we just drove down the mountain and ate near the casita , no issues . If you’re looking to be close to Brian Head but down the mountain , I would 100% reccomend Holly and Ben’s casita ! The only thing I would reccomend is adding a pan to cook pancakes in , we didn’t have that for the mornings , but was stocked on everything else . Thank you for the peaceful and fun stay !!
