”The room was very clean, the staff were all very friendly and although the hotel was having some renovations done for the front lobby it was overall very quiet. I definitely would recommend this place to stay as it is affordable and fairly close to Zion if you're planning on seeing it. Breakfast was also pretty good, simple and not too many things to select but good enough to power through some hikes.”

”We only stayed for a few hours as we came in late and left early but the front desk kid was super nice and friendly. The room was clean and spacious and wonderful value for the price.”

”I was a little bummed there was no soap in the bathroom or shampoo and no tissues. Other than that all was fine!”

”The shower produced only a small drizzle of water pressure. We reported that to the front desk. We had to kind of run back and forth in order to get wet. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant. Did have an issue with the thermostat. At first it didn't work, we couldn't turn the temperature down so we ended up turning it off. Next morning I discovered the front plastic plate on the wall control was not firmly pushed in to the wall bracket. When I did that it seemed to work just fine.”

”Well, although there was a booking issue and I was unable to check in as they close the office after 9 PM I have to say I got an excellent response from Lauren the next morning. The third party booking glitch was explained and they are working to resolve this for future customers. Lauren provided excellent customer service and assured a prompt refund.
