”Nasty. We left with no refund. We had to change rooms because the curtains didn't close, then the TV didn't work and the smell of smoke was horrible. I "paid for an upgrade" to get a "better room" but it was all just as bad. The pictures lie on this one.”

”My original reservation was at Motel 6 across the street but i had my reservation switched to Microtel The room at Motel 6 was infested with bugs and Microtel Inn accepted my reservation without furthher charge. It was very clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable ”

”We had stayed at this property previously. At that time it was in need of some TLC. This stay, however, the property and staff were definitely much better. I do recommend that you keep your doors locked. We have travelled for work for MANY years, 30 years to be exact, and I have to say that this was the first time that a member of the staff opened our door while my husband was sleeping. ”Avoid this Fairfield. Our room had significant water damage (bubbling ceilings and soaked door frames). We reported it immediately, but the GM, Valerie, is now telling Marriott Corporate that 'no one ever spoke to her' in an attempt to block our refund. ​I have the timestamped emails and photos to prove otherwise. It is a sad state of affairs when a brand like Marriott allows a local GM to gaslight guests regarding structural failures. Currently considering escalating this to the Tennessee...
