”This unique hotel is over 100 years old and has renovated rooms furnished with antiques. The location is right downtown by coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and shopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

”Not being properly maintained. An elevator button in the lobby was not working, with a paper sign on it. Water was constantly dripping from something in the exterior ceiling onto the concrete where you exit the lobby to the rear parking lot. There was a tear in the wallpaper in our bathroom and a chip in the tub. When we tried to check in at the front desk, nobody was there, simply a sign saying someone would eventually return. ”Nice breakfast”

”This hotel is an older hotel without many updates. The only thing that was not satisfactory to me was the cleanliness of the jacuzzi tub. Probably old and just time of use. But overall, this hotel suited my needs, room was clean, convenient for where i needed to be, felt safe and the staf was awesome! My stay was great and if I need to stay in the area again, i will definitely be back. Thank you for a clean and great nights rest. ”

”Overall, this was an excellent hotel and we would stay again. My major complaint is that the breakfast food, which we had to pay for, was largely missing. The hotel did not staff the breakfast area competently. I should have asked for a refund.”

”Room was dirty and smelled rotten, staff was rude except the nice lady stocking towels, she was sweet. No amenities listed online, and the self advertised "free coffee" isn't a thing. Trash everywhere outside empty cases f alcohol stacked everywhere around the building”

”For the price, this was a decent hotel. It was clean and bed was comfortable. Only complaint was no hot water one morning because there were so many people staying at the property. The parking lot needs paved but the property was clean.”

”Definitely not a three star hotel. Hotel is older and has had repairs. Still needs some updates/repairs. We had no issues with staff, they were all polite, pleasant, and helpful. The hotel and the room were clean. Overall, decent stay. If I had to stay there again in a pinch I would, but still prefer 3-5 star hotels.”

”I wanted to extend my stay but the price went up by more than double, I asked if they matched hotels in the area and they said no. I checked out and gave their competition my money for another 5 nights! The breakfast was the same thing for my 3 night stay so nothing great. French toast sticks were so hard you couldnt bite into them. I own a business and if someone wanted competitor pricing I would give it to them as I do not want to lose them as a customer!”
