”I have stayed here several times and can say the cleanliness all the way to the customer service was top notch. You are only a stranger once. After that, you are family. Cindy, Jim, Bailey, and Melissa care about each person they serve, and Dax (a service dog in training) gives the best greetings when he is there. This will be my go to place when I need to come to Sheboygan.”

”Beds were more firm than i remember and the bacon on the breakfast buffet was like jerky leather but other than that we loved it”

”Stayed here 2 different times I booked one time for queen bed and one time for king bed room somehow ended up getting the same room both times. Another thing was the first time I stayed me and my partner went to the stores when we came back there was ants that looked like they were coming from a corner of the wall we thought this was a one time thing until it happened the second time there ”

”Clean room. Hot tub was HOT. Pool was nice. All you can eat breakfast was substantial. Close to outside food options. ”

”I stay here all the time, so long term problems are noticeable. I was last here over two weeks ago and the pool and hot tub were broken then. Two weeks later, still broken. I’d call first to find out if everything is working ”

”Wow! Did we ever enjoy our stay at the Port Hotel. The whole experience was really neat! I never got to meet her in person but everyday Niocole came and left a nice message for us all on the whiteboard so we know they were keeping watch but nothing was needed. The room had it all and it was a great time. Thank you Port Hotel!”
