”The elevator was making some really bad noises and it ended up getting worked on while we were there. When we arrived, they had checked someone else into my room that shared the same first name as me. So, he had to try to find a different room for me. ”The room smelled like cigarette smoke. There wasn’t any hot water.”

”Clean room and nice linens/towels.”

”Property is new and clean. Breakfast better than most for this type of hotel. Also felt like a very safe area.”

”Old building, old equipment, but it’s ok.”

”Staff was very nice, very helpful. The room was clean, however, I think it was time to replace the carpet. The breakfast was good and again, staff was very friendly and very helpful.”

”Very simple and easy to navigate”

”The staff was especially helpful in my efforts to recover a lost item (hat). Much appreciated!!!”

”The staff was amazing! They went over and beyond to make the experience great!”

However, judging by the guests, the hotel was quite popular among locals. Breakfast was every morning the same and it differed considerably from a European breakfast. It included bagel, roll, bun, wafer, yoghurt, apple/orange, cerials, minced beef, fried egg, coffee and juice. Overall the hotel was shabby and the cleaning level was not very good. Wifi worked well...
