”The staff was helpful as we checked in and after we'd checked out and discovered we'd left my cane in the room. The young man at the desk made it possible for us to retrieve it and be on our way without spending a lot of time. Everything we needed for breakfast was available with someone there to help if we needed something.It appeared that the interior had recently been refurbished and looked very nice and contemporary.”

”We had a terrible experience. They did not have the room we reserved and said the only room in the hotel that was available had less beds than we needed for our family. Then the room did not have enough pillows for my family and staff said there were no more pillows in the entire hotel. My child had to use a stuffed animal for a pillow. The pull out bed had no bedding. We were told several times the manager would contact us to make the situation right. Even after speaking to staff at the time...

”Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was well stocked. I love the refillable supplies instead of sample size throw away ones. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a wide verify of foods to choose from. We had a U-Haul trailer and the over flow parking area was helpful for that.”
