”Had a little trouble checking in because we booked third party and didn’t get the instruction text. However we were next door to a very loud dog and the staff went above and beyond to allow us access to another room away from the dog if it was still barking at bedtime. Luckily it was not and quieted down when the people came back from dinner. But the offer was very appreciated. I also liked having 3 separate beds when traveling with teenagers. Thank you!”

”The location of the hotel is perfect for walking to restaurants or just taking a stroll through downtown. Our room was clean and very well decorated. While having a waterfall shower was great, there was only a partial glass wall and no shower door, so naturally when you shower there for is getting extremely wet. I would recommend bringing your own snacks, because the snacks they provide in the room are very pricy. The staff was super friendly!!”

”The hotel isn't perfect but the new owner is working his butt off getting it better day by day. Our room was clean we didn't have a microwave but as soon as I asked where to find one the owner brought a brand new one to the room.”

”Location is great. Our shower was laughable, a trickle at best. The beds were hard, especially after a day walking and riding coasters. Also, there were only 2 pillows for each bed. I ended up placing towels at the crack at the base of the door for the adjoining rooms because we could hear the people in the other room loud and clear. ”The bar wasn’t open, the breakfast is just cereal, bagels, and waffles. The pool was pretty much used as a personal pool party for the guests that were staying there as a little league baseball teams with over 50 people in the pool for hours. We couldn’t even get in because it was so crowded. They even brought in coolers full to the pool area.”
