”First, I have to say that all communications with Jonathan were excellent. No matter what question I had was immediately answered. The house was as described, very clean and had everything needed for a relaxed stay.Boating, don't expect to bring your own boat as the marsh is very shallow. ”This place is nice! Even if the weather isn’t great, you still get to enjoy the view from the kitchen/living/dining room area. The kitchen is fully stocked and had everything we needed to host a family meal. The beds are comfortable. All the shared rooms have dimmers for the lights which was a nice touch. ”Could not be happier. 3 week stay. Needed a break from new home construction. Townhouse was spotless and I left it that way. For years I have stayed at the north end of topsail island between personal house constructions. Hobby since retirement from Duke. This was the nicest and cleanest rental. Very nicely decorated and as the ad said kitchen was stocked. Used the crock pot three times. Typically have always used local realtor but thought I’d try VRBO. Communication with host was excellent....

”Very nice place to stay. Everything was well maintained, clean and very comfortable. Our host touched base with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Truth be told, our host goes above and beyond with the home. We had far more than needed for our stay. The home is conveniently located and very quiet. I wish it were warmer weather, as the 'gators were elsewhere. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay!”
