”No consideration for customer circumstance. No flexibility for unexpected and unavoidable, provable situations. ”

”The bathroom fixtures were all about to fall off the wall and all the screws were rusty, the sink had cracks in it and the faucet was barely attached. There were no cups in the room for water or coffee. The beds were comfortable enough, but the sheets (and towels) were stained and thin/ratty. We picked the hotel for the pool and slide, and that was probably the only decent thing about the place.”

”My son and I enjoyed the pool at perfect temperatures and didn't have to get in freezing cold water!! The only down side was that the rooms need to be updated”

”Great value! We usually stay here a few times a year on our way to Big Sky. Super handy for this purpose as it is easy access from the Interstate and has great amenities like always access to water, coffee, tea, etc. Friendly staff and good breakfast. ”

”Staff are rude and unprofessional, breakfast u had to pay 16 dollars for buffet, but yet if u go back for more they charge again. Plus it was awful. Room was small and not what I had paid for and they wouldn't give me the correct room since it was booked third party. I want a partial refund back please. ”

”Nice two bedroom suite. Hotel close to all amenities. Only area i think could improve is breakfast quality. The young lady in charge was too busy on her phone. ”
