”So relaxing and peaceful. The little babbling brook in back by the firepit was perfect.”

”Great property, relatively secluded but also has easy access to many local attractions.”

”Great weekend at this house. Very clean.”

”The lake view is lovely. We wish the dock hadn’t been taken out for the season. Helpful suggestions - The kitchen needs to be reorganized and some equipment replaced. Especially the dinner dishes and pots and pans. Dishwasher doesn’t work as well as it should. Lightning in the bedrooms and bathrooms was not sufficient. Bedrooms need bedside lamps. The living room also needs additional non-ceiling level lighting. The living room photo on the site is not accurate. There were no side chairs in the...

”This unit was in an ideal location. Less than 2 blocks to the beach, with nice view of the lake. Comfortable and clean condo. Walk to everything downtown. We had a great stay.”

”Very nice place downtown Traverse City, very close to shops, restaurants, beach.A couple minor issues -- 1. Wifi information provided wasn't correct and had to contact host.2. The parking garage was nice, but too small to park either of our cars (Suburban and pickup truck).”

”It was everything we expected.”

”Very comfortable and cozy place close to everywhere we wanted to go.”

”Such a great stay! Very spacious rooms - we really enjoyed being able to relax in the living room. The location was also great and was easy to explore many areas of town. We also greatly appreciated the super easy checkout process with no to do list to worry about. Highly recommend!”

”Conveniently located, clean, easy to use”

”This property was better than advertised. The little things like signs for the cabinets, additional games for the kids, beach chairs and great location made it even better. Matt, the host, was amazing. If we needed something or had a question, he was always available and quick to provide anything we needed. This should be a model of how a VRBO property should be!!!”

”We stayed here for a couple of days during a road trip and had a great experience! Perfect location to walk to downtown Traverse City. Clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved staying in the bunk beds and the washer/dryer was a huge bonus! We would stay here again. ”

”Stayed three nights in Little Traverse Therapy in mid July. This place is awesome! Can’t say enough good things about it. Very clean and is a well kept property. Host is very communicative with her guests. It is in a quiet, secluded area, but you are still close enough to Traverse City, Lake Leelanau, and Glen Lakes areas to enjoy these areas. Hot tub is an added plus! Highly recommend this place. Would definitely stay here or at another one of their properties again.”

”Very new and clean property with full amenities and equipment. Very good sense of room and interior. Perfectly convenient location easy to move around the city, close to the airport, the park, beaches and a supermarket. Host is very helpful, very quick response and very friendly. We ended up staying in the room most of time and cooked the dinner every day. Highly recommend it.”

”An adorable little home Very tidy and well appointed.”

”Excellent location with plenty of room for larger groups. Property had a lot of amenities to occupy your time. Kitchen area very well stocked for food preparation and service. Hosts are very accommodating and excellent communication. Had a wonderful weekend!!”
