”Reserved a room with a microwave so I could heat up a therapy device needed due to my severe pain and disability. No microwave in my room And when I asked the evening clerk he offered no help at all and suggested i walk to the Lobby throughout the night to use the
Break fast room microwave. Said they could not bring one to my room.
This made for a very turbulent night for me with very disturbed sleep due to relentes pain .”

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”Room smell, musty and maybe a dog peed in the room previously we didn’t have to switch rooms. They did switch our room that room also did smell slightly and there was really no AC in the hallways. It was about 100° that day so as soon as you stepped out of your bed, your door it was just stifling hot.”
