âThe staff were especially nice and a highlight of the stay. The room was very tidy and comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good. My main reason for not rating higher is that the front of the Expedia page lists a hot tub but there is none at the hotel. Also the estimate for the room never mentions a charge per night for parking, which may be small but is frankly ridiculous since the front desk told me I could park at Applebees if the lot was full. â

âAbsolutely perfect VRBO! This property is in a very safe, nice area. The unit we rented is fantastic⊠you lack for nothing. The host is incredible⊠he even worked with us about check out time to help make our last day work out so much better! I am going to be in the area again in November and I plan on booking this unit again it is so nice . If you need a vrbo in Dayton I highly recommend this property as this was one of the best vrbo units I have stayed at. Thank you to the hosts!â
