”The Property is in an ideal location for exploring Cooperstown on foot and was Clean with very friendly staff. About 3 minutes to Hall of Fame and no more than 6-8 minutes to all the shops, bars and restaurants on Main St or you can eat at the restaurant on property which was very good. ”

”The cottage we stayed in was adorable with our own little porch. John was so welcoming. The food for breakfast looked amazing even though we didn’t have the chance to eat. They offer thoughtful touches like a s’mores set up for you if you want to sit by the fire pit and fresh cookies to take during the day. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast if you are in Cooperstown. ”

”Staff was friendly, dietary options, bed was comfortable, water containers in room with comfotable lounger. Loved the power strip to accomodate my electronics. What can be improved is the parking for larger vehicles but a space was found for my husbands truck. Though the bathroom was tight, the room was spacious. Cooperstown is quiet but you feel relaxed and refreshed after your stay.”

”We stayed for 3 nights, 2nd time staying here and had a great experience. The staff were notably friendly, so much that I'm writing this review. They were very friendly and helpful! The room was spacious, bed very comfortable and the food options in the morning were solid and typical of a HIE. It's next door to two restaurants so it's very convenient to walk to dinner, and there's an amazing bagel place (Willie's) just over the bridge for bigger breakfast options and lunch.”
