Food can be cooked if ordered well in advance, and there is a take away menu in the room but aside from breakfast, there is not really a restaurant. however, this is really an apartment, and as such it is excellent. ”The facility was great, but what was unexpected was the high standard of hospitality. The hospitality standard is more on par with what you would see at a five star hotel in other places in the world. It was truly impressive. The rooms are nice, clean, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, directly across the street from the University of Ghana. If my travels take me to this area again I will definitely be staying here.”

”The property itself is great for the price point. The owner is accessible and professional and generous. A kind person. The receptionists, not so professional and make you feel you’re getting a favour. Unfortunately I had a terrible smell in my particular room; I was informed my room hadn’t been occupied in a while. ”This was our first trip to Ghana. We had the most wonderful time. An important part of this was our stay at the Eastgate hotel. Frieda and her team could not have been more welcoming. They made us feel at home straight away and were very polite. We took the bed and breakfast option. The cooked breakfast a good start to the day and had fresh vegetables and fruits. A strong recommendation.”

”Hinta/laatusuhteeltaan hyva vaihtoehto Accrassa. Sijainti vaatii jatkuvaa taksin kayttoa, hotellin ymparistossa ei ravintoloita eika kauppoja. Kannattaa pitaa ajo-ohje mukana, silla taksit eivat osaa perille ilman ohjeita. Huoneet siisteja, baarista saa OK ruokaa. Palvelu ystavallista. Aamupala (paahtoleipa, paistettu muna, 1 nakki, herneita) sama joka aamu. Labadi Beachille noin puoli tuntia.”

”I got to the hotel and they told me it’s fully booked. I had made payments on hotels.com and everything. Next thing I know is they are making calls to dumb me at a random hotel without my knowledge. After 1hr i insisted they have to give me a room. They had already inconvenienced me and making me late to a program. They give the lobby for parties, play music and etc disturbing and interrupting with your sleep. They have a restaurant in the hotel and they have music going off as soon as 9am-12am....

”I stayed for my first visit to Ghana. This hotel is located near airport. It maintained clean. Internet quality is enough for checking e-mails and browsing websites. Shower is hot while I could not adjust tempreture satisfactory for me. I found some foreign agencies using the hotel to have meetings, which may indicate facilities of the hotel are not bad. There are not many shops in the area.”

”Cockroaches. I stayed there two nights, killed about 10 of the little bast**** I complained, they said they would spray, they didn't. Front desk service was, poor, unprofessional, half the time there was no one at the front desk. They encouraged me to never book using Hotels.com again, they wanted cash. Swimming pool was so cloudy I never entered the water. I will never stay here again. Oh and breakfast was two eggs and two fried hot dogs. ”
