Welcome to Coquí + Cascade (Units #7 & #8) at The Rainforest House—a dual-unit rainforest escape in Ceiba designed for groups, families, or friends seeking comfort, space, and a deeper connection to nature. Surrounded by lush tropical greenery, this stay blends modern convenience with a peaceful, eco-conscious setting near El Yunque and the ferry terminals.

The Rainforest House is a private multi-unit estate. If additional space is needed, inquire about reserving more units—or the full property—for a connected yet private rainforest experience.

This combined stay brings together multiple sleeping spaces across two private apartments. Coquí offers three queen bedrooms—one with a TV for added comfort—while Cascade includes two bedrooms, one with two queen beds and another with a single queen bed.

Two separate living areas offer comfortable seating, Smart TVs, and a sofa bed for additional sleeping. Adjacent dining areas provide a natural setting for shared meals and casual gatherings.

Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, designed for group meals and extended stays. Features include a stove with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, drip coffee maker, and all essential cookware and dining ware.

Getting around Ceiba is easiest by car, with free on-site parking available. Uber is limited, so we recommend renting a car or arranging transport in advance.

The area is rural and not very walkable but offers easy access to nearby beaches, the ferry, and rainforest attractions.

➤ This property is pet-friendly. We welcome friendly, house-trained pets for a $75 fee per pet per night. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, not exceeding 20 lbs each. Unapproved pets are subject to additional fees.
➤ Tropical setting—expect nature sounds (coquí frogs, etc.).

1. Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival.

3. If you are local and / or under the age of 23 please notify us before making your reservation.

4. We will charge a small, non-refundable damage waiver fee to cover any potential accidental property damage during your stay. This fee replaces the traditional security deposit.

5. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; please be respectful of the neighbors.

6. No parties or events allowed.

7. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

8. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.

9. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.

10. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them.

11. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in).

12. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place around the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property.

13. The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit or through the resolutions center.

14. This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:

• Please note that a $50 Pet fee will be applied per stay.
• Please disclose pets at the time of booking. All pets must be added to your reservation so the applicable pet fee can be applied.
• We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy.
• No more than TWO (2) animals, no larger than 20 pounds.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets.
• Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated (doggy doo-doo bags are provided).

15. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.

16. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera.

17. Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for any reason, will be considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits, reschedules, or exceptions will be provided under any circumstances.

18. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week.

19. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs.

20. If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation.
