”Room was small but very nice and clean . everyone was very pleasant . Would stay there again when I am in the area .”

”I’ve never stayed in such filthy conditions in my life. The walls and linens looked like literal crime scenes. Even the most basic swipes at cleaning have been ignored for so many years that there would be no reason to complain. Staff was nice but it was very difficult to get a 3rd and 4th towel (despite me checking in 4 people). i had to go to the office twice and beg. That said it was cheap-cheap so I guess I got what I paid for. A good value if you want a comfy-ish bed, an oversized tv, and...

”The sink was slow draining. The shower was too hot and when you tried to adjust it by turning it towards the cold, the water just trickled out and it was still too hot! The floor was so dirty my feet were black and had to be washed from walking across it. The staff was nice. The breakfast was fine: waffles, frozen Jimmy Dean egg sausage, cheese croissants, cereal, toast, bagels. ”

”The property was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful, but I asked for a Mountain View room and was given a wheelchair accessible room, and there was so much noise above me that it felt like they were doing construction or there was a gym upstairs. This was a little upsetting because I had a long bike ride in the morning and that was the reason why I stayed there”

Everything is picture perfect.the shower was soo nice great pressure.right in t he heart of the art district, fantastic resturants and quirky shops all within walking distance, how could you go wrong the price was also good, in our budget. Hiking trails near by good parks too.”

”Paid for a king suite with a whirlpool tub. No tub. Ila at desk very rude and said she couldn’t do anything about it because we booked through Expedia. Also charged more than the advertised rate for a pet. Hot tub was warm not hot. Pool and hot tub area not clean. Would not come there again”

”It's always such a treat to stay here..... I literally decided to stay up in the mnts even having to drive down to Asheville for work the next morning... the place is wonderfully kept, great staff - and an amazing setting with excellent food.... Looking forward to my next visit !”

”I freaked OUT over the general amount of filth and the amount of mold in the bathroom!! I never even put my things down. I took out my phone to take pictures of everything, then literally booked it out of there!! It’s no wonder they don’t show the bathrooms up close in the photos.
