”The hotel is beautiful, they have a free happy hour every day at 5 PM, they almost always give me a bottle of champagne, even if I don’t get the upgrade, the staff is incredible. They always carry my luggage to my room. The rooms are impeccably, clean and have a lot of little gifts inside like chocolate robes and slippers. All in all it’s just a great day and it’s my second time and I will stay again. ”
”Ficamos hospedados por 8 dias e a experiência foi excelente do início ao fim! A comunicação foi sempre rápida e eficiente, e todos foram extremamente prestativos. A cama é super confortável, o chuveiro ótimo, o check-in simples e a localização não poderia ser melhor. Embora tenhamos usado bastante o Uber, é totalmente possível se deslocar a pé ou utilizar a estação de metrô que fica bem próxima ao apartamento.

”Greeted by wonderful staff who checked us in on arrival at 9am . Made such a difference. Staff couldn’t do enough to help. Food was wonderful and they catered to altering meals for my difficult dietary requirements.

”The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. It is practically in the heart of the city but still in a rather quiet area. There was a big and beautiful park right in front of the hotel which was a big bonus. You could just step out of the front door and go and sit on one of the park benches.
There were a few problems as well. Even though our room was on the eighth floor, we could hear practically everything that was going on on the street level; passing cars, the occational dogs barking...

”La Reeve was as a little bit home. The hotel was small and very homely, not having a formal dining chairs was a little strange but added to the feel of the place. The honesty bar was excellent as well as the afternoon snacks. Jose the reception guy was brilliant but the night porter was not particularly friendly, especially when the other staff at the hotel were so good. The outside courtyard was exceptional and the gardens were maintained with an obvious passion. Thank you for a great stay.”
