Located 14 km from Sarlat and 4 km from Cénac (shops), this detached 70 m² house is close to other houses and a Gîtes de France property (ref. 24G720120). The raised ground floor (12 steps) comprises a living room with kitchenette, fireplace insert, sofa, and TV; two bedrooms (one with two single beds and the other with one double bed); a shower room; and a separate WC. Electric heating. The enclosed 320 m² garden includes garden furniture and a barbecue. Linens are included. Towels are €3 per person per change, and bed linens are €10 per bed per change. End-of-stay cleaning is €60. Heating consumption exceeding 8 kWh/day is €0.15 per additional kWh. Firewood is €60 per stere. In the Dordogne Valley, this gîte is very close to the village of La Roque-Gageac, listed among "The Most Beautiful Villages of France," the fortified town of Domme, and several castles (Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes, etc.). Many other activities are available: visits to Sarlat (a medieval town with exceptional heritage), barge trips and canoeing on the Dordogne River, and visits to gardens (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac, etc.).

The two gîtes (24G150120 and 24G720120) are independent houses, each situated on a private, enclosed plot of land, adjoining the others and separated by a hedge. A gate between the two gîtes makes it easy to rent the entire property for two families or for stays with friends.
