”Stayed here due to numerous 5-Star ratings but now believe they were all false. I’ve never paid $65 a night to squat somewhere but now I can mark that off the bucket list. Hotel felt very much like a half-way house and there’s nothing intrinsically wrong with that but would have liked to know before hand. ”Couldn’t sleep our first night. Room next door was extremely loud until 4am!! Even after I contacted the lobby 3 times! The next day I asked for clean towels and they never brought them. They also don’t do any room cleaning in between says which is strange.

”First off, when we got in room. No TV remote. Went to call front desk, no phone in room! Then he came and brought us a remote. But could only watch news. Then getting ready for dinner looking for towels, not any in room and not even a place for them. There was a used bar of soap next to sink..not know who used it. Directly across from front deck and close to front door, this causes a lot of noise just outside our room.
