Well-appointed, stylishly furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath Cottage home is ideally located very close to pools, pickleball courts, and golf courses in the village of Shady Brook within The Villages, the premier 55+ active adult community. Literally a two minute casual walk to the adult pool, shuffle board, corn toss, bocce ball, and picnic pavilion. Five minute walk across the corner to Saluki Recreation Center and its family pool, outdoor exercise equipment, pickleball and tennis courts, pavilion, and pedestrian path. Indoor recreation options include billiards, darts, game consoles, table tennis, pinball machine, table shuffle board, foosball table, classic arcade games tables, gathering rooms, and warming kitchen.

The home features all new comfortable quality furnishings and beds with new mattresses with luxurious bedding. The spacious primary bedroom has a KING size bed, ceiling fan with adjustable lighting with remote control, a 42” Samsung smart TV, dresser and two night stands with soft-close drawers and doors, a large walk-in closet, a full height linen cabinet in the primary bath with dual vanity, walk-in shower, and lighted make up mirror. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and ceiling fan with adjustable lighting and remote control. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, a night stand and dresser with soft-close drawers. Includes all necessary towels and linens. Also includes starter supplies (about a week’s worth) for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, coffee, tea, and decaf coffee.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes, cookware, and small appliances including an electric kettle, can opener, mixer, mixing bowls, utensils, etc. to name a few. There is a four-burner propane grill on the rear patio off the screened in lanai. The eat in kitchen table expands to accommodate 6 people. The living room has a lift top coffee table so you can enjoy having a meal while watching the 55” Samsung smart TV. Smart TV has streaming apps available for use with guests’ personal login information.

The home has a whole-house water filtration system, and the refrigerator has its own filtered water and ice in the door. All appliances are brand new, including stacked washer and dryer in the laundry room.

Home comes wired with high-speed fiber and WiFi internet at 1Gbps. You will have no trouble streaming multiple devices, watching TV, and/or working from this home with a reliable, fast internet connection. Home has external security cameras. You can choose to use the home security system during your stay (for monthly bookings only).
