”Staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the exterior doors didn’t lock, and back entrance could have used some love. The shower was hard to operate and on our second day we couldn’t get the hot water to work.”

”Had an AMAZING time at Purity Springs Resort!! Convenient location, great amenities, comfortable and quiet rooms, great dining options at Traditions Restaurant (on site) and cant appreciate the peaceful and tranquil, nice Purity Lake enough. Kayaking on the lake was an incredible experience and we lots of wildlife around including herons, otters and the common loon. The staff was very friendly and helpful. ”Fire pit not accessible”

”We had a few issues at the beginning that the staff very kindly and expertly resolved. We will definitely come back here again- loved our stay. One warning for anyone who is booking this hotel at Expedia: there are 5-6 different locations of the same resort around town in Meredith and they differ quite a bit in terms of hotel amenities (which you will have access to when you check into any) and the age of the room. So make sure to go to the hotel site to confirm you are booking the room/location...

”The shower and bathroom were not cleaned prior to our arrival. The staff took care of it after I called and let them know unfortunately after I was in the shower. Housekeeping came right away to clean the whole room.”

”Clean rooms staff”

”This is a property that has areas that need some TLC. The room I was given was #81. The furniture was old and the top 2 dresser drawers kept sliding open on their own. There was no nightstand between the 2 queen beds. Weird. There was an electric plug cover missing in the closet area. The indoor + outdoor pools were nice. The included breakfast was as expected. Lots of choices and nice to have available.”

These are small cottages, which are not soundproof as advertised and the unit we were in did not have a view anything like what was pictured in the room that was selected. It also states a 24 hour front desk which was not the case. There were issues with things not working properly in the unit.”
