    Discover the beauty of Lake Rathbun from this 2-bedroom open concept townhome. Outside has plenty of parking with a horseshoe driveway for these ease of parking boats. Including a spot to plug in a boat or Camper (Camper spot would be an extra fee.) Inside, guests find a tremendous space featuring a master suite with a queen bed and the second bedroom is a fun bunk bed room featuring a double lower bunk with a twin bunk above and another bunk with twin upper and lower, perfect for families or friends. Two bathrooms offer pleasant convenience, each equipped with a refreshing shower and a handy hair dryer. Outside, you will enjoy a full covered front porch, a rear deck with seating and a grill. Enjoy the space out back with a fire pit, beautiful timber views. City playground is just 1/2 block away.

    The townhome stays comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating. Whether relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, guests enjoy a fabulous home base for their getaway. The back of each 1200 sq foot home joins with a lockable door for families that rent both sides of this townhouse. Rear deck can be shared by all. No need to worry about keys, you will enjoy being able to enter a code to get in and out for convenience. Covered full length front deck as well to enjoy. Fall in love with Lake Rathbun and enjoy the magic it has to offer with the Island View boat ramp just minutes away or the Main Marina 8 minutes away. Here’s a polished VRBO review you could use:We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and had cute decor that made it feel welcoming and comfortable. The location was perfect for our trip—just a short distance from the boat ramp, making lake access incredibly convenient. There was also plenty of room to park our boat and trailer when we weren’t on the water, which was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place near the lake.

Only encountered two problems. Biggest bed was a double in the main bedroom. We are large people so had to sleep in separate bedrooms. No large bowls in kitchen. Had to buy a bowl to make salad. Everything else was great. Very clean and comfortable.
