”Clean and friendly ”

”The hotel is awesome but the staff really make the experience pleasant. We felt at home from the minute we walked through the front door. There is plenty of free parking and the area is close to a beautiful park. The breakfast is open to 10:00 AM which means I don’t have to set an alarm to get up and have some food. Rinn checked us in and kept a close watch to make sure we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Andrea took over and was also super helpful and always with a big smile!...

”Breakfast was varied and generous. The hotel staff working in the kitchen were very friendly and very helpful. Raoof Patel, who works at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Every time we saw him, he exuberantly greeted us and inquired if there was anything he could help us with. In all my years of staying at hotels, Raoof was the best example of what a hotel representative should be. We will certainly stay at Fairfield Commons again.”

”Rooms need lamps/outlets updated to allow usb plug in. Smart TVs would also be a nice touch. Had a small issue with the room that the GM personally addressed. Dinner was lackluster, but for something that’s free it’s serviceable. Staff an the overall property were both A+ though”

”There were dirty cups in the kitchen and no fire extinguisher. The cable is also horrible if you're staying in the cabin. But staff is very helpful and efficient ”

”Had a bit of trouble checking in, no one was in the office, apparently it’s all done remote! First room wasn’t cleaned, second room was also not clean and ready! Third time is a charm, it was clean, rooms looked recently renovated and for the price well worth it! There’s not many amenities really, but if that doesn’t bother you it’s a steal!”

”Would have rated this higher except that there were a couple of times that I smelled cigarette smoke near the entrance due to workers smoking right outside the front door (one time I saw the worker, the other time it seemed that way but I didn't see it, just could smell it by the breakfast area). Would suggest not allowing workers to smoke that close to the entrance. I am a big fan of Holiday Inn Express & Suites and probably the main reason is due to how smoke-free they keep their hotels.”

”Very nice place I got special attention and I think that's what everybody gets you right in the middle of things as far as Dayton Ohio's concerned very close to some other amenities I would recommend this hotel they treated me like royalty and highly recommended to friends and family and travelers also it wasn't too expensive!”

”There were no staff when we arrived to check in so I was quite disappointed that I had to check in using a machine. It’s very frustrating. We got there late at night and that’s not what we were wanting to do when we arrive late for check-in fortunately there was a very nice security guard there. I believe her name was Vanessa. She helped me with everything and was very kind so when I’m giving a five star rating to the staff, it’s strictly for her. There were no other staff in the building that I...

”We loved everything about our stay. Keep up the amazing work”

”Our room was not what we expected from this Hotel. A used wash cloth was hanging in the shower and the desk chair was rusted and hold torn material. Stink bugs on the shower wall. We got in late after driving 11 hours so we didn’t notice until morning. We left for a funeral for the day so we didn’t want to pack up and change rooms. The Hotel offered to reimburse for one night. Expedia has not been responsive.”
